Guided Configuration Option
The guided configuration option is a practical format, not a standard package. Instead of receiving a fixed set of services, you choose, together with the consultant, which of the internal processes require immediate adjustments and which can be postponed. The goal is to avoid generic solutions and focus on what works in your real context.
The discussion starts from a list of possible intervention points: reporting flows, resource allocation, inter-division communication, or approval procedures. Each of these is evaluated based on clear criteria – operational impact, implementation effort, associated risk. There are no vague promises of efficiency, only decisions made based on concrete data.
What you will receive after configuration
After the guided sessions, you will have a working document that contains:
- A map of the analyzed processes, with clear markers for identified bottlenecks.
- Prioritized recommendations, each accompanied by an estimated timeline and necessary resources.
- A set of performance indicators that you can track internally, without dependence on external consultancy.
- A list of recognized limitations – what cannot be solved at this stage and why.
The resulting material is not a generic report. It is a practical guide, with decisions you can implement step by step, without relying on additional tools or subscriptions.
Limitations of this option
The guided configuration option does not cover the direct implementation of changes. It does not include team training, software integration, or long-term monitoring. It is a diagnostic and planning tool, not an execution package. If you need ongoing support after configuration, other formats are available on the site.
Also, this option is not suitable for crisis situations or major reorganizations requiring immediate intervention. In such cases, we recommend a preliminary discussion to determine if another format is more appropriate.
The guided configuration option is useful when you want to clearly understand what needs to be changed, without committing to a predefined plan. It is a practical step, with explicit limitations, that helps you make informed decisions.
